He asks Tessy to lend him a quota of the equipment amount and promises to repay her when he gets the project completed.

Tessy obliges, after all the contract is worth millions of dollars and Bucks had even promised to add an extra $45,000 to the $30,000 he’d asked her for. Without hesitation she wires the money to him with soothing words that everything will be fine soon.’
